You may use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Infringe any intellectual property rights
- Post harmful, offensive, or defamatory material
- Conduct cyberattacks or introduce security vulnerabilities

Key Terms
Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are provided per engagement and product. All terms are negotiable within legal and risk limits. Changes to terms are communicated via website notices and contractual amendments. We aim to provide clear, commercially reasonable terms that support effective long-term working relationships with our clients.
Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.
Client work product, custom software, and deliverables created under specific engagement agreements are governed by the intellectual property provisions of those agreements. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment of all applicable fees.
Rights & Duties
Both parties have mutual rights and obligations as outlined in the Master Service Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW). Liability limitations and indemnity provisions are specified in individual contracts. We are committed to delivering services that meet the quality standards described in our engagement agreements and to communicating proactively when circumstances affect our ability to do so.
Compliance
All services comply with applicable U.S. federal and state laws. Dispute resolution follows contract terms, including arbitration and mediation where applicable.
We take compliance seriously across all dimensions of our business:
- Data protection and privacy
- AI governance requirements
- Employment law
- Financial regulations where applicable
Clients in regulated industries should raise compliance requirements during scoping. This ensures solutions are designed with the right controls from day one.
Service Level Agreements
SLAs are provided per engagement and product. We offer managed services with support under specific service level agreements tailored to your needs and the criticality of the systems we are supporting. SLA terms including response times, resolution targets, and escalation paths are defined in individual service agreements before engagement begins.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobiloitte USA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages from your use of this website or our services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts paid to Mobiloitte USA in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Specific liability provisions agreed in client engagement agreements are not altered by these general website terms.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes are handled per contract terms, including arbitration and mediation where applicable by law and contract. We support arbitration processes as specified in individual agreements. For disputes arising from use of our public website where no specific engagement agreement exists, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States.
Terms Modification
Terms can be negotiated within legal and risk limits for specific client engagements. Changes to these general website terms are communicated via website notices with the updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of this website after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Product-specific terms are available for platforms and are updated separately from these general website terms.
